Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our products are made to order, so production and shipping times may vary by item. Estimated shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

Yes. Many of our products can be personalized with names, dates, photos, school colors, messages, or other custom details. Please make sure all personalization information is correct before submitting your order.

Can I see a mockup before my order is made?

For some custom photo or personalized products, a mockup may be provided before production. If a mockup is included with your order process, please review it carefully and respond promptly. Production may begin after approval or after the review window has passed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because many items are made to order and may enter production quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at cindy@oneshoeart.com with your order number.

Do you accept returns?

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cindy@oneshoeart.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so we can review it and help make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Jewelry and Beyond Gifts ships within the United States only.

Why did my items ship separately?

Some items may ship separately depending on product type, production partner, or fulfillment location. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
