Return and Refund Policy
At Jewelry and Beyond Gifts, each order is made with care. Many of our products are made-to-order, personalized, or custom-designed for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized, customized, or made-to-order items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error.
Please review all personalization details, names, dates, photos, spelling, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact us at cindy@oneshoeart.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error or a production issue.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at cindy@oneshoeart.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or issue. We will review the details and work to make it right.
Personalized, Custom, and Made-to-Order Items
Personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom photo gifts
Personalized jewelry
Engraved items
Custom message cards
Made-to-order plaques and keepsakes
Items designed with names, dates, school colors, photos, or custom wording
Please make sure all personalization details are correct before submitting your order. If a mockup or proof is provided, production may begin after approval or after the review window has passed.
Cancellations
Because many items enter production quickly, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after ordering. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once production has started.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless required by law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at cindy@oneshoeart.com so we can review the situation.
Refunds
If your return or refund request is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process after approval. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
