Shipping policy

At Jewelry and Beyond Gifts, our products are made to order with care. Because many items are personalized, custom-designed, or produced through trusted production partners, processing and delivery times may vary by product.

Order Processing

Most orders begin processing shortly after purchase. Please review your order carefully before submitting, including names, dates, photos, personalization details, product options, and shipping address.

Because many items enter production quickly, we may not be able to make changes or cancel an order once production has started.

Production Times

Production time varies depending on the item ordered, personalization details, and seasonal order volume. Made-to-order and personalized items may require additional time before shipping.

During busy gift seasons, including graduation season, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, holidays, and wedding season, processing times may be longer than usual.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Estimated shipping times may vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Available shipping methods and rates will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and the available shipping options.

At this time, Jewelry and Beyond Gifts ships within the United States only.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Jewelry and Beyond Gifts is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at cindy@oneshoeart.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. Jewelry and Beyond Gifts is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cindy@oneshoeart.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so we can review it and work to make it right.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the product type, production partner, or fulfillment location. You may receive more than one tracking number.
